Hi! I'm Mozhda Radmanish — a graduate of the Higher Education Administration program at the University of Kansas. My work centers on creating inclusive, empowering environments where students can discover who they are and where they want to go.

My philosophy is rooted in the belief that every student carries unique potential. Through intentional relationship-building, culturally responsive practices, and evidence-informed programming, I strive to meet students exactly where they are.
